Each year at the SoCal State Championships, the prestigious "Iron Man" trophy is awarded to the club with the most depth. Scores from each level (5-10) — a total of eight in all — are combined for the overall team score. This year's championships were held at Biola University.
Scoring over 14 points more than the second place team, New Hope Boys proudly claimed the perpetual trophy which will be engraved to commemorate New Hope's victory. The "Iron Man" trophy will reside at New Hope until next year...when the boys will compete again to defend their title and keep the coveted trophy!
New Hope also earned "Optional Club of the Year" and was runner-up for "Compulsory Club of the Year." View the scores here.
Great job boys! Keep up the good work at Regionals!
