New Hope Optional Girls Teams have a long tradition of excellence...and a long list of State, Regional and National Champions. Their many hours of hard work pays off as they match up against other Southern California gymnasts--some of the best in the nation. On vault, bars, beam or floor, they are beautiful and exciting to watch!

Girls Team: Compulsory

What little girl doesn't dream of Gold as they watch the world's best gymnasts compete? At New Hope, our athletes learn skills, discipline, team work and pride as they train...and succeed. Our compulsory girls claim numerous individual and team event & all-around titles each season. They might not all reach international competition, but each and every one will find the champion in themselves!

Boys Team: Optionals

Our Boys Team had quite a season! They topped it off by making MSO's National Top Ten list, ranked as the #5 team in the country in MSO's annual ranking. At the JO Nationals, in the Level 10 16-18 yr. old category, five of the seven 1st Place medals were represented by New Hope Boys. New Hope was also the proud winner of the Iron Man Trophy in 2006 for their #1 ranking at the SoCal State Championship. We are proud of the hard work our Boys put forth, and we are looking forward to another successful season!

Gymnastics training not only teaches discipline and fitness, but the skills required--flexibility, strength and agility--lead to success in many other sports as well. Our Boys learn that hard work pays off...and to believe in themselves and their teammates. And they have lots and lots of fun!
